摘要
采用固体粉末法将硼和稀土元素渗入钢的表面,通过金相组织观察,x射线结构分析和渗层显微硬度测定,研究了稀土对钢的渗硼过程、渗层组织和性能的影响。结果表明,稀土对钢的渗硼过程有明显的活化催渗作用;稀土元素的加入量对催渗作用有一最佳量,在渗硼过程中稀土元素也同时渗入钢中和Fe_2B相中,由于稀土元素的同时渗入,使渗层组织基本上由Fe_2B单相组成,从而改善了组织,提高了显微硬度。
Studies the effect of the rare earth elements on the boriding process.microstructure andproperties by meam.of the nucrostructure observation,X-rays diffraction structure analysis andmicrohardness testting of boriding layer,which is obtained through the boron and rare earthpermeating into steels in the boxes,The res.ults show that rare earth elements have evidentaclivation and catalysis affect to boriding proceas of steels.The addition of the rare earth which hascatalysis has optimal quanitity.The rare earth element permeates into steels and Fe2B at boridingproass.The boriding structures basically com,iste of Fe2B phase to irnprove its nucrohardnessbecause the rare earth elements pern1eate in common.
