摘要
汽车灯配光镜是一种面形复杂、边界不完全规正的微透镜阵列,其数据结构及搜索方法是CAD软件实现的难点之一。本文给出一套可行的数据结构及搜索方法,经依此编制成的程序(MVHLD)对四种不同的前照灯所作的400多万条光线的计算证实这套数据结构是合理的,搜集方法是可靠的。
Profile of a automobile headlamp lens arrays is complex and its boundaries are not completely regular. Data structure and search method are two key points for CAD software. In this paper, a set of feasible data structure and search method is presented. By using the program MVHLD with the data structure and search method introduced here, four headlamps with more than four millions of rays have been calculated. The results show that the data structure is rational and the search method is reliable.
