摘要
生态农业本身的性质以及生态农业建设工作的特点决定了生态农业建设需要运用系统方法。生态农业建设系统工程是由目的工程子系统、环境子系统和开发子系统组成的。生态农业建设要经历规划、设计、系统研制、子系统开发、全系统组装、运行和更新七个阶段。要按照系统工程解决问题的辨证程序,运用从定性分析到定量分析的综合集成方法解决生态农业建设中涉及到的系统性问题。
AbstractThe systems method must be used in eco-agricultural construction be-cause of its nature and characteristic.The systems engineering of eco-agricultural construction is composed of obiective engineering, environmen-tal and developmental subsystems.Eco-agricultural construction goes throughseven stages,which include plan,design,systems preparation,subsystemsdevelopment,whole systems organization, operation and renewal.The sys-tems problems included in eco-agricultural construction should be solved by.the dialectical program dealing with affairs in:systems engineering andsynthesis-integrating method from qualitative analysis to quantitativeanalysis.
