摘要
本义扼要介绍了黄曲霉毒素的化学结构，详细介绍了测定黄曲霉毒素的各种方法，指出开发研究一种简便、快速、廉价、准确的测定黄曲霉毒素的方法是各国政府及有关部门迫切需要解决的课题。
AbstractThis paper intraduces the cbemical structure of aflatoxin concisely and describes the various methodso of aflatoxin analysis in detail.It is indicated that developing and researching a simple、fast、cheap and alcurate analysis method of aflatoxin is the subject needed to deal with towards to the goverment and its concerned departments.
