摘要
将正交设计法应用于拖驳船队参数的优选上,对拖驳船队组方案进行技术经济论证,通过多级优选,得到了最佳组队方案。并且对油价等因素的变化是否对最佳组队方案产生影响进行了敏感性分析。
An orthogonal design method is introduced in optimizing the parameters of tug lighter fleets in this paper.Technical and economical evaluation has been carried out about schemes of fleet constitution of tug and barges.The optimum scheme has been obtained after multistage optimizing. In order to survey final results of optimum fleet scheme under the influence of varied factors such as fuel price,service speed etc.,sensitivity analysis has been carried out.
