Technical progress and economic growth

技术进步与经济增长的关系问题是一个经久不衰的课题。目前 ,我国学术界研究这一问题大多从宏观层面上讨论技术进步对经济增长的贡献 ,有时也论及技术创新与企业发展的问题 ,但始终未见到很好地将这两方面结合起来的研究。辩证地分析技术进步、技术创新及其与经济增长的关系的基础上 ,从理论上进一步利用索罗 (Solow)及罗默 (Romer)、卢卡斯(Lucas)等人的理论对这一关系进行精确说明 ,可从中得到启示 :加强 R&D工作、注重人力资源的培训和利用是实现经济增长的最根本途径 ,从而就解决我国当前经济增长问题提出对策和建议 ;在研究方法上 ,将宏、微观研究融为一体 。

The relationship between technical progress and economic growth is a long standing subjet for study. Currently,when most researchers discuss the contribution of technical progress to economic growth in the field of macroeconomics,sometimes they mention the relationship of the technical innovation and the enterprise development,but they have never researched the problem of combining the above two aspects.After the dialectical analysis of the relationship between technical progress or technical innovation and economic growth,I want to give a precise explanation on it according to the growth theories of Solow,Romer and Lucas from which I can conclude that emphasizing R&D,training and exploiting of human resources are the foundamental approaches of economic growth.The best way of doing such research is through combining macroeconomics and microeconomics.
