确认教师职业是一种专业 ,教师是从事教育教学工作的专业人员 ,教师专业化是教师职业特有的专业标准与程度。提出“高师教育专业化”的实质是教师专业化 ,而教师专业化是培养高素质人才的关键 ,从而要以更新教育思想观念为先导 ,构建大师范体系的“教师教育专业” ,改革现行高师课程体系与人才培养模式 ,努力提高教师专业化水平。

Teaching is a profession and teachers are professionals in education. Teaching professionalization is a special criterion for teacher career. Professionalization of Higher Teacher Education means that of teachers, and professionalization of teachers is an essential factor for quality personnel training. It is of great significance to update educational ideas, to develop a comprehensive teacher education system for “teacher education speciality”, to reform the higher teacher education curricula and personnel training methods, and to promote the development of teaching professionalization.
