摘要
校本管理是目前我国教育管理体制尤其是课程开发体制改革的中心问题 ,本文从研究国外校本管理的情况入手 ,对校本管理的涵义、校本管理地位的历史演变以及校本管理的意义及特点进行了探讨 ,并结合我国教育管理的现状 。
School-based management is the central issue in our reform in educational management system, especially in our reform in curriculum development system. This article firstly talks about oversea situations in school-based management, inculuding its meaning, its change in history and its important role and its features. And then based on the analyses of our practical situation, the article gives some points on the critical problems about our development of school-based management.
