我国的教育管理学经过几十年的不断发展 ,在学科体系上日臻成熟 ,研究成果显著。然而 ,教育管理学在理论和实践中存在的问题也不容忽视 ,亟待解决。本人在认真回顾我国教育管理发展历程和充分总结我国教育管理经验的基础上 ,针对教育管理学发展现状 ,提出了未来教育管理学应研究的十大重点问题。

Through decades of development, China's educational management science is approaching perfection in the scientific system of study and remarkable products are made at the same time. However, the problems existing in the theories and practices of educational management science cannot be ignored, instead they need to be solved. On the basis of a thorough retrospection of the development of China's educational management as well as a detailed summary of its experience, ten critical problems in the future research of educational management science are raised according to its present development.
