山东与上海、深圳利用外商直接投资比较研究

Comparative Studies of Foreign Direct Investment Utilization in Shangdong, Shanghai and Shenzhen

改革开放 2 0年来 ,我国的外商直接投资得到了迅猛的发展 ,其主要分布在我国东南部地区 ,又以上海和深圳为龙头 ,带动了这一区域的整体发展。但各地区又有不同的特点和状况 ,分析山东利用外商直接投资在规模、行业和来源方面与上海、深圳的差距 ,可以看出投资政策、区位优势、人才条件等方面是三地吸引外商直接投资的重要因素 ,山东应从所缺乏的政策、区位和人才上寻找对策 ,利用已开发和待开发的资源优势 ,加大对软、硬投资环境的建设和人才培养 。

The paper analyzes the foreign direct investment in Shandong Province and compar es its scale with that in Shanghai and Shenzhen. By the comparison, the pape r points out that policies, regional advantages and disadvantages in personnel a re important factors in inviting foreign investment. So Shandong Province should improve its work in the above aspects so that it will be able to invite more fo reign investments.
