我国现行收入分配制度中存在一些制度缺陷，妨碍经济增长和社会稳定，必须从端正指导原则、建立市场决定型的收入分配体制、加大反腐败力度、完善税制和社会保障制度等方面加以改进。

Our current income distribution system has some defects which impede the economic growth and social stabitity.It should be improved by correcting the guide principle,setting up the market- oriented income distribution system,strengthening the anti- corruption measures and perfecting the tax system and social safeguarding system.
