论信息文明与信息时代人的素质——兼论信息、创新的哲学本质

On Information Civilization and Man's Quality In the Information Age

信息文明是信息时代人类社会所创造的历史文明，这是一种以现代信息技术和信息经济为基础的最新型的人类文明。农业文明向工业文明的过渡是一种物质型文明取代另一种物质型文明，而工业文明向信息文明的过渡，则是物质型文明向信息文明的整体飞跃。这一飞跃比以往的任何一次历史性的跨越都更具有划时代的意义。从文化学角度研究人的素质建设与管理，对信息、创新、信息文明的本质，信息时代社会发展的历史特征，信息时代社会发展对人的素质结构的要求等进行了系统的阐述。

：Information civilization is the historical civilization created by human society of information age. It takes modern information technology and information economy as its foundation.The transition from agricultural to industrial civilization is the one that one material type civilization replaces another,but the transition from industrial civilization to information civilization is that the material type civilization leaps to information civilization as a whole.This time historical leaping has much more epoch_making significance than before.This article,an interdisciplinary research work on man's quality from the point of view of culture science，makes a systematical expounding on the nature of information ,of innovation and of informaton civilization ;on the historical features of social development in information age and on the demand of social development in information age for man's quality structure.
