摘要
通过 2 0年来对中国农业的改革与发展的探索和研究 ,主要对以下几个问题提出了中国农业改革与发展的一些思路 :农业改革与发展的指导思想 ,农村改革的经验与发展 ,农业现代化的任务和途径 ,解决粮食问题的基本策略 。
Based on the research on reform and development of agriculture in China in the past twenty years, some ideas in the following aspects are put forward.(1) Guiding ideology of reform and development of agriculture. (2) Experience and development of rural reform. (3) Tasks and approaches for agricultural modernization. (4) Basic strategy to solve the grain problem. (5) The new scientific and technological revolution. (6) Agriculture conception of knowledg biology economy.
