摘要
建设小康生态村是山区可持续发展的必然选择 ,就此应用生态经济学原理并结合山区的实际 ,提出该模式的理论框架 ,阐述其深刻内涵、规划原则和主要实施环节 。
Construction of comfortably off ecological village is an inevitable approach for the sustainable development in mountainous areas. Based on the practical conditions in mountainous areas, the principles of ecological economics are used to deal with its theoretical structure, profound connotation, planning principles and steps of implementation, and to set up the comprehensive appraisal indices system.
