Analysis of system of developing agriculture by relying on science and education

科兴农是 2 1世纪中国的战略选择 ,然而当前科教兴农运行中存在农业科技有效供给不足 ,推广不力 ,有效需求不足等问题。在分析科教兴农制度的基础上 ,就目前我国农业科研、教育、推广体制不适应科教兴农工作等问题 ,提出必须深化改革 ,改变农业科研、教育、推广部门分割的状况 ,满足科教兴农的需要 。

Developing agriculture by relying on science and education is the strategy of China in the 21st century, however, in its practice there are now problems of insufficient effective demand and supply, and deficient popularization in agricultural science and technology. According to analysis of the system of developing agriculture by relying on science and education, it is concluded that deepening the reform is needed to make the systems of science, education and popularization of agriculture meet the requirement and isolated sectors should be integrated immediately.
