职业价值观是价值观在所从事职业上的体现 ,具有激励作用。其结构构成职业价值观系统。影响因素主要有年龄、性别、文化程度和职业兴趣。职业价值观可以反映学生的择业方向和标准、构成职业素质、用于素质测评 ,对于学生择业、人员选拔和配置十分重要。

Professional Values are those reflected in a persons occupation and playing a part in motivation.It's structure is a system of Professional Values. They are affected by such factors as age, sex, education background and vocational interests. As Professional Values can present student's job choice orientation and norm, compose vocational diathesis and be applied to personal assessment, it is very important for student's job choice, personal selection and arrangement. Based on the investigation of Professional Values of administrators, the occupational orientations of both most of administrators and the four kinds of administrators could be regarded as the assessment norms of administrator's Professional Values.
