领导者的素质水平和管理能力是其能否取得良好工作业绩的关键。时代不同对领导者素质要求有所不同 ;处于不同层次 ,担负不同责任的领导者 ,其素质与技能要求也各有侧重。素质与能力紧密相关 ,现代领导者应具备这两者的综合结构。新的形势对领导者在政治、思想、道德、知识、心理、管理能力。

A leader's quality and ability are the key factors to succeed.The demand for a leader's quality is different in different times,and the emphasis laid on a person's quality or technical ability is different as to his administrative level and duty.Quality is closely related to ability .A modern leader should have a reasonable struc ture of them.A leader's political thoughts, morals,knowledge, psycholgy, ability and physical fittness are required in new situations.
