With the analysis into Karl Marx's capital operation system, the article has introduced Karl Marx's expositions on the general law of capital accumulation, capital turnover and the invariable capital conservation. The thoughts and methods of Karl Marx on capital operation have been elaborated and favorable inspiration has been drawn. In addition, new viewpoints have been put forward concerning the current capital operation in China.
