摘要
国有大型企业人才资源管理情况复杂 ,利用系统工程理论 ,以模糊数学方法 ,构造若干个数学模型 ,形成了系统中的分析决策子系统 ,为整个系统信息的定量化。
The situation of the talent resources management in the special-grade large size state enterprise is very complicated.Several mathematical models can be constructed to form the analysis and decision subsystems by System Enginnering Theory and Fuzzy Mathematics Method.It guarantees the information guaratitative analysis of the whole system and the decision and management.
