With the brief analysis on the shortages of the traditional education and the significance of training the innovative person and the functions of the university, the suggestions that the top ranking university should bring up the top ranking people who must owe the innovative spirit and ability were put forward. Based on what described above, several viewpoints about the innovative education which should be put into effect in the university were emphasized and discussed in this paper.
