企业文化是当今企业生存和发展的灵魂。在国有企业深化改革过程中，必须重视企业文化建设。为此，应分析企业内外因素，选择正确的价值标准；进行感情投资，增强企业意识；领导者身体力行，信守价值观念；积极强化行为，巩固企业文化；适应形势需要，发展企业文化。

Enterprise culture is the soul in the existence and development of today's enterprise. We must pay attention to the construction of enterprise culture in the process of deep-going reform of state-owned enterprises. Therefore, we should analyze factors inside and outside the enterprise and choose correct standard of value; we should carry on emotion investment and strengthen enterprise consciousness; leaders should practise what they preach and abide by the value concept; we should actively intensify behaviour so as to consolidate enterprise culture, conform to demand of situation and develop enterprise cul ture.
