摘要
本文用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)研究了铜、钴-TAMB-Triton X-100体系。用氰基全多孔硅胶硅烷化键合相YWG-CN柱和甲醇-水(45∶55,V/V;含有10%1mol/L pH=3.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲液和6.7×10^(-3)mol/L KCl)流动相,分离了铜、钴的TAMB络合物,而其他显色离子不干扰测定。结合本文设计的螯合树脂D401预浓集装置,应用该体系同时测定天然水中铜、钴含量,结果令人满意。
In this paper, the system of Cu,Co-2-(2-thiazolyazo)-5-dimethylaminobenzoic acid (TAMB)-Triton X-100 is investigated by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The micel-lar complexes Cu-TAMB and Co-TAMB could be formed in the presence of Triton X-100 and in the medium of pH 3.0 HAc-NaAc, and separated by using YWG-CN 10μm 4.6×200 mm column and methanol/water (45/55, V/V) containing 10%(V/V) 1 mol/L of HAc-NaAc Buffer and 6.7×10-3 mol/L KCl as mobile phase. The coexistent metal ions coloured do not interfere with the determination of copper and cobalt. The calibration curves are linear in the range 0-160 UUUUUUUUg/L of both copper and cobalt, and detection limits are 1.68 and 1.33μg/L (S/N = 3), respectivily. The variation coefficients were 0.72% and 0.87% for determination of 60μg/L Cu and 40μg/L Co standard solutions. Together with the ion exchange device designed in this paper, the method was applied to simultaneous determination of copper and cobalt in natural water with satisfactory results.
