摘要 机载用电设备的监控和配电管理是以智能负载管理中心(ELMC)为控制核心,并通过多路传输总线及固态负载功率控制器来转换和保护负载而实现的,同时ELMC又是分布式航空电子系统一航空电源综合控制和管理系统中的主要组成部分。飞机电气负载的智能管理,是利用计算机来代替了飞行人员的操作,进行自动控制和自动管理负载,可大为减少配电系统的电缆长度以及飞行人员的操作负担,改善了现有的配电方式和负载管理方法,提高了飞机供电系统的性能和维护性能。本文研究了ELMC总体结构与组成原理,详细论述了ELMC中各组成模块的功能与硬件设计。整个系统方案通过了实验室原理样机试验。 Control and management of the electrical power distributed to the aircraft electrical loads connected are provided by the intelligent Electric Load Management Center(ELMC),which is a subsystem of Avionics Electrical Power integrated Control and Management System, i. e. AEPICMS. The ELMCs contain Solid State Power Controllers(SSPC). The SSPC control unit receives a control ON/OFF signal from the ELMC,outputs SSPC's STATUS and TRIP signal, controls the power supplied to various aircraftloads with SSPCs. The ELMCs interface with the power system processor,via the MILSTD--1553B data bus. A computer is used to perform pilot'S operation tasks,automaticallycontrols and manages the electric power connected to electric loads. Therefore,the amountof power distribution wiring is decreased, pilot'S operational tasks are reduced, performances of aircraft power distribution system are improved and the serviceability is increased. The configuration and performances of ELMC are researched in this paper. Functional diagrams and descriptions are given. Hardware designs of ELMC' s' primary unitsare analysed in detail. A laboratory simulator has been made.
