摘要
工作在恒频的零电流降压式软开关电路既有PWM技术控制特性好,又有准谐振技术开关损耗小的优点。本文简述了该电路的工作原理,着重分析了电路参数a的选取以及对变换器性能的影响,给出了电路参数归一化形式,并进行了实验。实验结果与理论分析是一致的。
The BUCK PWM zero--current--switched quasi--resonant converters operating at constant frequency have not only a desirable feature of control in PWM converters but also the advantage of low loss in quasi--resonant converters. Operating principles are briefly introduced. It is analyzed in detail how the circuit parameter a is chosen and how converter properties are affected by the circuit parameter a. Normalized circuit parameters are derived. A 100kHz, 100W BUCK PWM ZCS--QRC is designed on a breadboard. The theoretical analysis is verified by experimental results.
