摘要
探讨了龙口湾的开发功能、利用和保护问题，认为龙口湾的最重要功能是港口建设，同时应兼顾其他方面的发展；还指出在海湾开发的同时，应加强对海湾和沿岸土地的管理与保护。
The functions of development, utilization and management of Longkou Bay are discussed, in this paper. Though there are many kinds of developemnt functions on Longkou Bay, the port construction is the most important one. meanwhile,other functions willalso be considered. the author point out that the bay and coastland are managed and protected simultaneously while develpoping the bay
