大气中低温液相过渡连接Al_2O_3陶瓷与WX60钢的研究 被引量:5

摘要 用快速凝固合金薄膜作插入金属在大气中低温液相过渡连接Al_2O_3陶瓷与低合金钢。接头的剪切强度及开焊温度试验结果表明:用快速凝固合金薄膜作插入金属时能明显地提高接头的剪切强度及开焊温度。其中用非晶态Cu_(50)Ti_(50)合金薄膜作插入金属时接头的改性效果最佳,最高剪切强度达74MPa,开焊温度为780℃。保温时间对接头的强度及开焊温度影响很大,接头的开焊温度随保温时间的延长而明显提高,但对强度而言,保温时间却存在一个最佳范围。 In this paper,it has been succeeded in TLP-bonding of Al_2O_3 to WX60 steel at lower temperature inair with RS alloy foils as insert metal for the first time. The results thas shown that:The shear strengthand remelting temperature of joints were enhanced remarkably with RS alloy foils as insert metal. Themodification of joint was the most effective especially for using amorphous Cu_(50) Ti_(50) alloy foil. The maxshear strength and remelting temperature of joints were respectively 74MPa and 780℃. The effect of hold-ing time on the stength and remelting temperature of joints were obvious. The remelting temperature ofjoint was enhanced with the increase of holding time, whereas. It has an optimum range of holding timefor the strength of joint.
