中小企业发展的主要问题与对策思考——基于天津市万户中小企业问卷调查的分析

Main Problems and Corresponding Solutions Concerning Small and Medium Enterprises: An Analysis Based on More than Ten Thousand Small and Medium Enterprises Survey in Tianjin

二次世界大战以来，世界经济日益明显地表现出两种发展趋势：垄断的进一步加强和中小企业的迅速发展。各国政府越来越重视中小企业的发展，中小企业已成为经济发展中不可忽视的重要力量之一。本文在万户中小企业问卷调查资料分析的基础上，以天津为例，揭示了中小企业发展过程中存在的主要问题，并提出了如何解决这些问题的有关对策。

There are two obvious trends in world economics after World War Two: small and medium enterprises have been growing fast on one hand, monopoly giants have been enhancing their power on the other hand. Governments of different countries in the world pay more and more attention to small and medium enterprises. The group of small and medium enterprises has made great contribution to the economy development. Based on a designed survey and taking these enterprises in Tianjin as an example, this paper discusses some main problems during these enterprises developing, and puts forward corresponding solutions to deal with these problems.
