论市场经济条件下农业投入新机制的建立

On the establishment of the new mechanism about agricultural investment on condition of market economy

农业投入是农业增长的基础。要实现农业增长方式的转变 ,更有赖于农业投入机制的完善与创新。但我国现行农业投入机制的缺陷与不足 ,已经造成了农业生产条件的恶化、农业后劲不足的状况 ,严重制约了农业的进一步发展。本文通过对我国现行农业投入机制的评判 ,从农业投入主体、投入方式、投入运行机制、投入内容等多方面 ,提出了重构农业投入新机制的基本思路。

Agricultural investment is the base of agricultural increase.The realization of the transform in the way of agricultural increase depends on perfecting and creating in agricultural mechanism has led to the deterioration of agriculatural working condition.Under the present condition,the deficiency of agricultural reserve restricted agricultural futher development seriously.By the judgement on our present agricultural investment mechanism,from several aspects—the main part of agricultural investment,the way of agricultural investment,moving mechanism of agricultural investment the content of agricultural investment—and so on,the article puts forward the fundermental thinking of reconstructing the new mechanism of agricultural investment.
