我国畜牧业生产外向化的根本途径

经过二十年的农村改革与深化 ,我国基本打破了传统农业的发展格局 ,外向型农业已成为农业现代化的重要特征 ,并成为农业发展的新的动力源泉。但从总体上看 ,我国畜牧业生产外向化程度还不够 ,其潜力还没有发挥出来 ,在国际产品市场上的竞争力还比较薄弱。特别是 ,随着我国加入WTO进程的加快 ,国内市场将承受外来产品的冲击。为此 ,我们应加快畜牧业生产外向化的进程。本文在分析我国畜牧业生产外向化的基础上 ,阐述了依靠科技进步是我国畜牧业生产外向化的根本途径 ,而合理的引进技术并消化、吸收、创新将使畜牧生产外向化快速发展。

After deepening reform of 20 years,our traditional pattern agricultural development has been broken through and external oriented economy agricultural has become the principal feature of modern agricultural as well as a new source of motive power.However,generally,the external development of our animal husbandry doesn't go for enough to develop it's full potential ability,consequently,the competition on the international marketer is not quite competitive.Furthermore,with the speeding of WTO the domestic market has been impacted by the foreign proudcts.Therefore,it's necessary to speed up the external oriented production.The thesis,on the basis of analyzing problem of animal husbandary external production,points out the fundamental way of animal husbandry external production of our country rely on the support of science and technology that is to introduce technology and make rational arrangement to speed up the development.
