摘要
本文对多胺和酚酰胺(酚和多胺的结合物)与植物的童期(性成熟)、花芽形成、花器分化、性别表达和雌雄可育(孕)性的关系做了述评。并就水分胁迫和不同形态氮的成花效应与多胺代谢的关系建立起了初步的联系。对于多胺在植物花芽形成和分化中可能的作用机制以及今后的研究方向和应用潜力做了讨论。
This review deals with the relationships between polyamines, their precursors and conjugates,and ripening to flower,flower-bud initiation, differentiation, sex expression, male or female fertility. A possible connection between polyamines and the effects of water stress and nitrogen form on flower-bud formation also was established. It was supposed that polyamines were among the important growth regulators affecting flower-bud formation.Further studies on the relations between polyamines and flower-bud formation would throw light on the understanding of the nature of flower bud intiation and differentiation in horticultural crops.
