As Study on Rheological Characteristics of Apple Fruit Ⅱ.Experiments of Apple Relaxation Properties

摘要 以秦冠苹果为试材,对其松弛特性作了研究,建立了流变模型,计算出流变参数并对苹果纵向放置同横向放置时的松驰特性作了比较。结果表明,苹果的松驰现象可用三元件的Maxwell模型表示,苹果大小、变形量大小的不同对模型参数影响不显著;苹果纵向放置时能承受较大的外力,故贮运、包装宜纵向放置。 With Qinguan apple fruits as the experimental materials, this paper deals with the relaxation characteristics, and also, the reheological model was established to calculate rheological parameters, Also, the comparison of relaxation properties of apples was made between the vertical and horizontal placements The Results showed that the phenomenon of apple relaxation was expressed by Maxwell model with three elements. Various sizes and deformations of apples had no apparent effect upon the parameters of the mode), but when apples were placed vertically, they could bear great outer force so that apple transportation, storage and package are suitable to be placed vertically.
