摘要
试验以大豆品种“晋豆1号”为材料,用30%聚乙二醇(PEG)水溶液对收获后的种子渗透处理24h后,在其自然老化过程中其发芽率、发芽指数均高于对照。经处理种子的细胞膜透性、内部过氧化物含量及脂质过氧化反应维持较低的水平。表明应用聚乙二醇渗透处理能够有效地防止大豆种子老化,而降低内脂膜的过氧化反应水平,则是其可能的作用机理。
The seybean variety 'yin de No. 1' was used in this experiment. After the seeds were treated in 30% PEG water solution, its germination rate and germination index were significantly higher than the contract during the period of natural aging. The cell membrane permeability, the content of perexide and the lipid peroxidation level of treated seeds were lower in the same period. Prom the resulti it was seen that the osemtic treatment with PEG was a very effective methed in maintaining seed viability in seybear. To lower the lipid peroxidation level might be its mechanism.
