利用广亲和品种提高“三系”杂交稻优势的探讨 被引量:1

PRELIMINARY STUDY ON INCREASING HETEROSIS OF HYBRID RICE BY UTILIZATION OF COMPATIBILE CULTIVARS IN BREEDING OF THREE LINES

摘要 对02428、cpslo17、培矮64在三系杂交稻中的利用进行分析,结果表明,亲和力高低依次为cpslo17、培矮64、02428。cpslo17、培矮64含有对籼粳不育系的恢复基因,02428含有对粳稻不育系的恢复基因。三者与BT型不育系的产量配合力都较好,杂种有明显的优势。单株产量主要受单株有效穗数和每穗粒数的影响。 A study on utilization of the 02428, CPSLO17 and PAI-AI64 cultivars was conducted in breeding of three lines, the results show that: CPSLO17 has the highest compatible ability and PAI-AI64, 02428 in proper order. CPSLO17 and PAj-AI64 contain restore gene of male sterile lines of indica and japonica rice. 02428 contais restore gene of male sterile lines of japonica rice. The combining ability of cross between the three cultivars and BT male sterile lines is fine and their heterosis of hybrid rice is evident. The grain yield perplant is affected mainly by the number of effective tillers per plant and number of grains perpanicle.
