摘要
本文结合河北省农业综合试验区工作的实践,提出为实现农村经济持续、稳定、协调发展,必须从当地实行出发,以综合经济规划为导向,以科学技术为先导,建立技术与经济结合的农业生态经济系统。
According to the work done in comprehensive experiment plots in Hebei, the authors deemed that to continuously, stablely and Coordinately develop the rural economy and agroecology system guided by science and technology, combined with tecology and economy must be built based on the specific local condition and led by comprehensive econcmic program.
