摘要
体外实验,对家兔全血或血浆用8%(0.72M)CaCl_2溶液9∶1做抗凝剂,用常规实验测定了8%CaCl_2抗凝血的可逆性,样本放置不同时间后,37℃,用生理盐水1∶1、1∶1.5、1∶2稀释,测血样凝固时间;凝血酶原时间(PT一期法)实验测外源性凝血系统在样本中的凝血活性;白陶土非特异粘附实验测接触因子或血小板生理活性。结果证明:8%CaCl_2溶液可逆性抑制内源性和外源性凝血系统,对抗凝血系统无显著影响。
The inhibitory mechanisms of blood coagulation by calcium chlor de were studied by the most routine assays in vitro in rabbit. Calcium chloride was used as an anticoagulant at the concentration of 8rag per mililiter of blood.(0.8%wt/vol final concentrations)The blood samples were maintained at 37℃ for 10~30 min , and2h, and then 1. 0, 1. 5 and 2.0-fold of physiological saline was added,the blood coagulation time Was measured, and compared with that of, Citrate blood, the diluted blood was able to revive normal prop erties of coagulation, the activites of extrinsic and intrinsic factors of coagulation were examinaed by the one-stage prothrombin time (OSPT) test and the non-specific adhensiontest,the OSPT of the blood samples were prolonged apparently after the solution of TF-0.8%CaGl_2 was added. the blood samples had clotted after the citrate plasma incubated at 37℃ for 30min with Kaolin was added, but the plasma had not. The results conform that the activities of intrinsic and extrinsic clotting factors were inhibited revesely by 0.8%Calcium chloride in blood, but the fibrinolysin and antithrombin were not influenced.
