摘要
在无粪培养料和草粪培养料中加入复微石膏(MEPG),制作成MEPG培养料栽培蘑菇,可以促进菌丝增殖,比对照增加菌丝干物质50.21—111.00%;复微石膏无粪料比无粪合成料、复微石膏草粪料比草粪料的产量分别提高5.5—19.45%,20.41—30.55%;鲜菇中的蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素,可溶性糖和矿物质等营养成分含量都比对照高,唯独纤维素含量比对照低,这些都会使蘑菇更具有鲜嫩的品味。
A comlex fertilizer of microelements and phosphorus sypsium was added into synthetic and manure composts for the cultivation of button mushroom. The fertilizer showed effects of increasing dry mycelial matter by 50.21—111.00%. fruit-bocies yield by 5.5—19.45% and 20.41—30.55% as compared with swo control treatments, respectly. After adding the fertilizer, the contents of protein, amino acids, vitamines, soluble sugars, minerals, etc. in fresh mushroom increased, whereas cellulose content decreased, this made the fruitbodes of button mushroom more tender and taty.
