摘要
茄子是上海郊区夏季的主栽蔬菜之一。近年来受病毒病危害,损失较严重。我们通过鉴别寄主、体外物理抗性、蚜虫传毒、琼脂糖凝胶双扩散和免疫电镜观察等方法,发现黄瓜花叶病毒是为害茄子的主要病毒种类。在抗性研究试验中,采用温室和大田相结合的方法,对13份茄子品系或品种的抗病能力进行了评价。同时利用指示植物和酶联免疫吸附方法对人工接种后未表现症状的单株进行了测定。
Eggplant is one of the most important summer vegetable crops in (?)hanghai and the virus infection was common in the recent years, According to the iral host range, in-vitro performance in crude sap, aphid transmission, immunodifusion and immunosorbent electron microscopy (ISEM) tests, it was found that (?)ucumber Mosaic Virus (CMV) was the most common virus on eggplant in Shanghai. 3 eggplant breeding lines and cultivars were tested for identify the resistance to iruses in glasshouse or in field.
