摘要
利用太谷核不育建拓组成小麦抗赤霉病基因库,开展小麦抗病品种选育,并由此而确立起来的小麦抗赤霉病育种新体系,是育种模式的一个创新。几年田间试验结果表明,在对基因库进行连续轮选的过程中,组群个体的平均抗性水平逐年提高;释放的优良单株也随之增多,在短期内所育成的一些抗病新品系已显示出可供生产应用的前景。
Under artificial induced epiphtotic on the field condition, establishing breeding nurseries mainly of gene pool with improved resistance to scab by using the dominant male-sterile gene Tal constitutes breeding system for disease resistance. It must bring forth the new in the breeding pattern. The experiment result showed that average level of resistance to scab was raising in the segregating population of gene pool year by year. Excellent individual plants have been increased, so that, breeding method of gene pool in selecting wheat varieties of resistance to scab was one of efficient way.
