摘要
利用从黄瓜枯萎病病株上分离到的尖孢镰刀菌的弱致病菌株(F01、F02)的10^7/ml孢子悬浮液注射接种到黄瓜4叶期的幼苗上,间隔一定时期后,再注射接种强致病菌株(F03),可诱导黄瓜对枯萎病产生抗性。诱导接种后间隔期为5d的防效可达63%-92%,间隔期为10d的防效可达69%-100%,随着时间延长,防效下降。本文还对其它接种方法诱导黄瓜抗枯萎病做了初步的探讨。
The cucumber seedling were inoculated at 4—leaf stage with 10~7/mlspores suspensions of the weak infectious strains.Then the strongest strainwas inoculated at different intervals.The induced resistance to Fusariumwilt was produced in the inoculated plants of cucumber.At 5—day and 10day intervals after inoculating,the weakest strains produced rather good in-duced resistance.Other inoculation methods inducing resistance to Fusariumwilt of cucumber have also been applied.
