摘要
观察结果表明,不育系的花粉呈圆球形,直径19.O±3.1μm;其他品种为长球形,极轴为31.0±2.3μm。畸变率不育系陕2A和陕1A最高,分别为97.5%和98.8%,其他都很低.仅1.5%—9.0%。花粉活力,不育系陕1A和陕2A死花粉率最高,分别为97.5%和96.0%,杂交种637、杂6372和秦油2号分别为0.8%、0.3%和0.2%。
The results of observation have shown that the pollen shape of cytoplasmic male sterile lines are spherical, 19.0±3.1 in diameter, other varieties are of ellipse in shape, 3l.0±2.3 in major axis.The rate of aberration of sterile lines, Shaanxi 2A and Shaanxi 1A, were 97.5% and 98.8% respectively, 97.5% and 96.0% in rate of destruction pollen. Others were 1.5-9.0% in rate of abrration.The rate of destruction pollen of hybrids 637, 6372 and'Qinyou No.2' were 0.8%, 0.3% and 0.2% respectively.
