TsAGI, the largest aeronautical research institute in Russia , plays an important role in development of Russian military and civil aircraft. TsAGI conductes basic and applied research of aero - technologies, including aerodynamics, flight dynamics, aeronautical structures , etc . TsAGI offers technical recommendations about new aircraft projects, including basic parameters of aircraft and engine, as well as planning of development.
