摘要
本文结合化工地勘部门的情况,对如何加强地勘单位对外工程勘察管理问题提出了建议。认为主要应从转变观念、统一认识,加强技术、质量、财务管理,依靠科技进步,完善承包经济责任制等方面着手。
Based on the present conditions of the geological pros-pecting units under the Ministry of Chemical Industry, the article dis-cusses how to strengthen control of external exploration engineering tasksundertaken by geological prospecting units. The author thinks the majorsteps and measures to be taken for this purpose include: to change oldconcepts to get to a unified understanding; to enhance technical, qualityand financial control; to rely on science and technological progress andto perfect the contractual economic responsibility system.
