摘要
本文认为在地质经济运行中,如何使计划机制与市场机制结合起来,是目前地质经济体制改单中一个亟待研究解决的问题。文章建议从四个方面促使地质经济运行机制的转换;一是,更新观念,促进地勘单位企业化;二是,建立地质工作结算价格体系,促进地质成果商品化;三是,开辟多种筹资渠道,促进地质工作社会化;四是,全面加强管理,促进地质经济协调发展。
How to combine planning with market mechanism ingeological economic operation is at present a problem that has to be studiedand solved in the current economic restructuring of the geological sector.Measures in the following four fields are proposed for transforming thegeological economic operational mechanism: 1) renewing old concepts so asto speed up the enterprization of the geological prospecting units; 2) esta-blishing a settlement price system so as to quicken the pace of commerciali-zation of geological and prospecting results; 3) exploring multiple fundsources so as to accelerate the socialization of geological work; and 4)strengthen management in an all-round way to promote coordinated develop-ment of geological economy.
