摘要
从传热学角度对薄壁零件在激光表面淬火时的背面回火问题进行了研究,特别研究了中小模数齿轮激光轴向扫描淬火时的背面回火问题,给出了轮齿温度响应的计算公式和不同模数齿伦不发生背面回火条件下激光参数的选取范围。
This paper studies the back-temper of the laser surfacehardening for sheet spares,and elaborates on the back-temper in axialscan for the laser hardening of middle and small module gears,Further-more,the paper gives the formulas of the responding temperature of thegear tooth,and the range of selecting laser parameters for differentmodule gears on condition that the back-temper does not occur。
