在1985年3月,中航技/西飞公司与法宇航正式签订了ATR42飞机外翼翼盒(以下简称翼盒)来料加工转包生产合同。这是迄今我国航空工业转包生产中唯一为90年代世界先进支线客机生产机翼(整体油箱)的项目。

This paper describs digestive adoption and application of advanced aircraft manufacturing processes and techniques, such as chromic acid anodizing, painting, chemical milling, jig fabrication of modular type , fabrication of high precision parts , drivmatic and wet installation and fuel tank sealing etc . by Xian Aircraft Company in the subcontracting the outer wing box of ATR42 aircraft. As most of the processes and techniques have reached or are close to the world up-to-date level, and some take the lead in China's aviation industry. They are highly worthy of popularization and application .
