F110涡轮封严件的改进 被引量:2

摘要 美国空军(USAF)认为他们已经找出自1994年7月以来引起4架F-16战斗机失事的F110-100发动机的故障原因。根据初步得到的数据,USAF的官员推论加大间隙和部件中潜在的不平衡因素是引起涡轮封严蓖齿产生裂纹的原因,在F101/F110/F118发动机中均发现过此类问题。除2架以色列和2架埃及的F-16战斗机失事以外,USAF现认为至少1台装B-1B轰炸机的F101发动机和1~2台装F-14的F110-400发动机是因封严件故障造成失事的。关于封严件的问题可以追溯到1988年,当时装B-1B的F101发动机显然是因封严件问题失事的。
