摘要
主要介绍了对车削力测试实验系统进行改造的方法 ,并对改造后的测试系统的基本工作原理、硬件和软件设计等方面进行了详细的阐述 ,此外 ,对刀具车削力 CAT系统的简捷性、快速性、准确性、可靠性等特点进行了分析。试验表明 ,该系统灵敏度高抗干扰能力强 ,数据处理精确度高 ,有效地提高了测试精度及测试效率。
In this paper,the improved method for cutting force testing system was introduced.The work principle and hardware system as well as software system were expounded and the CAT system's peculiarity is analyzed.The result showed that this system was provided with high sensitivity,strong ability for resisting disturbance,high precision for data analyzing.At the same time,this system improved the test precision and test efficiency.
