摘要
研究了玻璃纤维和碳纤维作为 MDF水泥增强材料的可行性及其增强效果 ,考察了二种纤维的长径比、体积掺量对 MDF水泥材料的抗弯强度、断裂韧性、浸水体积膨胀率等性能的影响。研究结果表明 ,碳纤维和玻璃纤维作为 MDF水泥的增强材料均能够显著提高 MDF水泥的力学性能和耐水性 ,玻璃纤维的效果优于碳纤维。纤维增强MDF水泥的微观结构特征是纤维在复合材料中呈三维均匀分布 ,形成空间网络结构 ,这是纤维增强 MDF水泥的主要原因。
The feasibility and effect of glass fiber and carbon fiber which act as two kinds of strengthening material of MDF cement were investigated.The influence of length to diameter ratio and addition of two kinds of fibers on the properties of MDF cement,the bending strength and tenacity and water resistance,are studied.The results show that,as strengthening material of MDF cement,both carbon fiber and glass fiber can improve the mechanical properties and water resistance of MDF cement,and the improvement effects of glass fiber is better than that of carbon fiber.The main reasons of fiber strengthening MDF cement are that the fibers are fairly well distributed and form space net structure.
