用D842焊条对钳式吊车的吊牙进行了堆焊。介绍了堆焊工艺,堆焊层的化学成分、硬度、金相组织和获得的经济效益等。
The hardfacing is carried out for the hooks of pincerlike hoist with D842 electrode. The hardfacing procedure, the chemical composition, hardness and metallographical structure of the hardened layer are introduced. The benefits by using the process is discussed, too.
