摘要
介绍了钢制柱型散热器连接孔薄板内孔CO_2自动焊设备及工艺。解决了双枪自动对中,大脉冲起弧等问題。研制了专用自动焊接设备。
The paper introduces CO_2 arc process and equipment for welding the connecting hole joints of thin steel column radiators. The technique for alignments of double welding guns and the method of high pulse current arcing etc are presented. A special automatic welding equipment has been developed.
